How do I know if DES products are suitable for my hair type?
Our products are formulated to be suitable for all curl types (wavy, curly & coily). However, individual reactions may vary as we all have different sensitivities. We recommend always conducting a patch test before applying all over. If you are using any topical medications, we recommend consulting your doctor prior to introducing DES to your hair care routine.
Where do DES' products ship from?
All of our products ship from Vancouver, BC.
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping varies depending on the quantity and weight of your order. For all domestic orders overs $100, shipping is free.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.We do not accept returns & we do not offer refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact our customer service at info@deshaircare.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal.

When is the schedule available for booking?
Our booking schedule is available up to 30 days in advance. If you don’t see any openings, check back soon as new appointments are added regularly!
Example: If today is May 3rd, the furthest you’ll be able to book is June 2nd.
How to book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online through our online booking system. Your spot will be secured once a deposit has been submitted.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins at DES Curl Spa! However, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee your spot and minimize any wait time.

DES Curl Spa Salon is located at 1243 Hamilton, Vancouver BC V6B 6K3.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee.
Do you offer services for all hair types?
Yes, we specialize in a variety of hair types including straight, wavy, curly, and coily.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the service. You can find a detailed price list on our booking site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, our referral program rewards you for referring new clients to our salon. When you refer a friend who books and completes an appointment, both you and your friend receive 10$ on your next appointment.
