1. After cleansing, apply 1 to 2 pumps to palms and awaken between hands.
2. Take a deep breath and mindfully distribute from mid-lengths to ends using fingertips or comb.
3. Leave on for 1 to 5 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
